Right of Withdrawal
Information for consumers exercising a statutory cooling-off right.

If you buy as a consumer, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason. Nothing on this page limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
Cooling-off period
The 14-day period normally begins the day after you, or a person nominated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods. For an order delivered in separate parcels, the period generally starts after receipt of the final parcel. Sending your withdrawal notice before the period ends is enough to meet the deadline.
How to withdraw
Send a message through our contact form (choose topic Return / refund or Privacy / legal). Include your order number, the name and email used at checkout, and an unambiguous statement that you are withdrawing from the contract.
Optional model wording
“I hereby withdraw from my contract for order #[number], ordered on [date] and received on [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date].”
You do not have to use this wording. Keep a copy of your notice.
Returning the goods
Contact us before sending anything so we can provide the correct return address. After notifying us, return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notice. Keep proof of shipment. Unless the goods are defective, incorrect, or we agree otherwise, you normally bear the direct cost of return shipping, including international return costs.
You may inspect an item as you would in a physical shop. You may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the item’s nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Refund timing and method
We will refund payments received for the withdrawn goods, including the least expensive standard outbound delivery charge where required by law, without undue delay and generally within 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that you returned them, whichever occurs first. Refunds are made to the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Exceptions
The withdrawal right may not apply to clearly personalized goods, sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, or other statutory exceptions. If an exception applies, we will explain why. A free-shipping promotion does not remove or reduce statutory withdrawal rights.
International fulfillment note
Some orders ship from partner hubs outside your country, including China. Longer delivery times do not remove your legal withdrawal right, but international returns can take longer and cost more. Always request return instructions first.
