Are Fidgely products medical devices?
No. They are wellness / sensory accessories for everyday focus. They do not diagnose, treat, or cure ADHD, ADD, autism, or any condition.
How does ordering work?
Pick tools in Shop, checkout securely, then track via email / Track order. Full flow: How it works.
How long does shipping take?
Usually 8–20 business days depending on your country. Tracking is sent when available. See Shipping & Returns.
Where can I see my orders?
Log in to My Account or use Track order with your order number.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card and wallet payments via Stripe (and PayPal when enabled). Methods shown at checkout depend on your location.
Do you offer bundles or gifts?

How do I care for my fidget?

What if my item arrives damaged?
Email us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
