Processing and delivery

Orders are prepared by our fulfillment partners, usually within a few business days. Many parcels ship from international partner hubs, including hubs in China, and travel through multiple carrier networks. Delivery estimates are not guarantees; customs checks, holidays, weather, address issues, and carrier disruption can cause delays.

Shipping cost and customs

Orders above $20 qualify for free worldwide shipping. For smaller orders, any shipping charge is shown at checkout. Import duties, taxes, or handling fees charged by the destination country are normally the customer’s responsibility unless checkout expressly says otherwise.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we send it by email after dispatch. A tracking number can take 24–48 hours to show its first scan. International routes may pause between scans while a parcel transfers between carriers or clears customs.

Address changes and undeliverable parcels

Check your address carefully before paying. Email fidgelystore@gmail.com immediately if it is wrong. We will try to update it, but changes are not guaranteed after fulfillment begins. Additional shipping costs may apply if a parcel is returned because the supplied address was incomplete or incorrect.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a description, and clear photos of the item and packaging. Keep the packaging until we resolve the claim. After review, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate remedy.

Returns

Do not send an item without contacting us first. We will provide the correct return instructions and address. Change-of-mind return shipping is generally paid by the customer unless applicable law or our written agreement says otherwise. Defective or incorrect items are handled under the Refund Policy.

Eligible EU/EEA/UK consumers retain their statutory 14-day Right of Withdrawal.
