The terms for using Fidgely and purchasing from the store.

These Terms govern your use of the Fidgely website and purchases from the store. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Mandatory consumer rights in your country continue to apply.
Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be legally capable of entering a purchase contract or have permission from a parent or guardian. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with checkout, scrape the site unreasonably, or use the service unlawfully.
Products and safety
Fidgely sells fidget toys and sensory accessories. Products are accessories only, not medical devices, and do not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any condition. Follow product instructions and age guidance, supervise children where appropriate, and stop using a product if it becomes damaged or develops loose parts, sharp edges, or loose magnets.
We try to present products accurately, but screen colors, finishes, packaging, and minor details can vary. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted.
Orders, pricing, and acceptance
Submitting checkout information is an offer to buy. We may reject or cancel an order for stock problems, obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment failure, shipping restrictions, or inaccurate information. If we cancel after payment, we refund the affected amount.
Payment and taxes
Payment is due at checkout using an offered method. You confirm that you are authorized to use it. Prices and any shipping charge are displayed before purchase. Import duties, taxes, or carrier fees may be charged by the destination country unless checkout states otherwise.
Shipping
Typical delivery is 8–20 business days after dispatch, but estimates are not guarantees. Free worldwide shipping applies to orders above $20. See Shipping & Returns.
Returns, refunds, and withdrawal
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and mandatory law. Eligible consumers can also review the statutory Right of Withdrawal.
Accounts
If you create an account, provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable security.
Intellectual property and links
The Fidgely brand, original site content, and design are owned by or licensed to the operator. You may use the site for personal shopping but may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without permission. Third-party links and services are governed by their own terms.
Availability and liability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue site features. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fidgely is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory rights relating to defective goods.
Changes, severability, and law
We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised date. Changes do not remove rights already accrued. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Applicable governing law and courts depend on the operator’s registration and mandatory consumer rules; registration details will be published in the Legal Notice.
